• Cancellations must be approved by the director (David Bruce).
• All cancellations must be made prior to May 1^st for a full refund.
• Any cancellation made after May 1^st (for ANY reason) will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

We apologize in advance for this policy, but please understand that the coaches we employ are highly sought after.  We employ these coaches for your sons and pay them according to the number of campers that we have enrolled.
