With the help of our accomplished coaching staff, it is our goal to teach your sons the skills and strategies needed to play lacrosse at a higher level.

Each division is run Sunday through Thursday at the Edwards Campus (King St.).

Session 1, is open to boys (from any school) going into grades 9 (experienced 9th graders) -12.

Session 2, is open to boys (from any school) going into grades 4-9.

Session 3, is open to boys (from any school) going into grades 2 and 3.

Monday - Thursday: (3:30 pm- 6:00 pm)

•  Skills and drills (3:30 – 4:15)
•  Break/Position talks (4:15 – 4:30)
•  Skills (4:30 - 5:15)
•  Games (5:15 - 6:00)
• Dismissal (6:00)

Session 2

Sunday: (4:00 pm - 6:30 pm)
