Gustar y Encantar: Used to express likes, dislikes, and things you really like or love. They are used NOT with the personal pronouns but with the INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUNS:
Yo = a mi = me
Tu = a ti (informal) = te
El/ella/usted = a el/a ella/a usted = le
Nosotros = a nosotros = nos
Vosotros = a vosotros = os
Ellos/ellas/ustedes = a ellos/ a ellas/ a ustedes = les
When talking about one thing: singular

When gustar o encantar are follow by an infinitive you always used the singular form:

Gusta – singular noun:
A Maria le gusta el chocolate = Maria likes chocolate.
¿Te gusta la profesora? = Do you like the teacher?
A ellos les gusta la pelicula = They like the movie.
A tomas le gusta el parque = Thomas likes the park.
Gusta – infinitive:
A Maria le gusta comer = Maria likes eating.
A él le encanta jugar partidos de futbol = He loves playing soccer games.
A ellos les gusta caminar = they like walking.
A mi me gusta ir al centro = I like to go downtown.

Gustan – plural noun:
A mi me encantan las clases de español = I love the Spanish class.
A tomas les gustan las manzanas = Thomas likes apples.
A Ernie le gustan los animales = Ernie likes animals.

You can never use negative with "encantar".
