VA'S FAR OUT 4TH QUARTER GOING-OUT-OF-BUSINESS SALE

            THE GREAT GATSBY (Film version of the famous novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald, starring Robert Redford, Mia Farrow, and Sam Waterston.  Should go nicely with This Side of Paradise.) 

            THE BEST YEARS OF OUR LIVES (A super film--real thought provoker.  World War Ii veterans trying to readjust to civilian life after the war.  Came out in 1946.  A real classic, not very often seen anymore.  A must for any serious student of 20th century of U. S. history.) 

            MISSISSIPPI BURNING (Gene Hackman, William Dafoe.  Incredibly intense drama.  1960s.  Deep South.  Civil Rights Movement.  K.K.K.  F.B.I.  Hot stuff.  Don't miss it!) 

            ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN (Class drama on the Watergate conspiracy, starring Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman, based on the book by Woodward and Bernstein.  Riveting.  Another must-see).
