Tuesday September 18th        Beowulf Introduction. I would like you to bring to class a picture of a person that you try to emulate, someone that you look up to, in short, I would like you to bring to class a picture your hero. Please come up with five reasons as to why you look upon this person as a hero. What are the characteristics you find to be most appealing about this person and ultimately make them a hero to you?

Friday September 21st         Beowulf Assignment #2. Read Beowulf pages 3-14 (lines 1-490)

Monday September 24th        Beowulf Assignment #3. Read Beowulf pages 15-28 (lines 491-1069)

Tuesday September 25th         Beowulf Assignment #4. Read Beowulf pages 28-43 (lines 1070-1650)

Friday September 28th         Make sure that you are all caught up with the reading. There will be an in-class essay in class tomorrow.
